A complete roof painting and restoration transformation of a family home — bringing a weathered roof back to life with a fresh, durable coating system and high-quality premium Ultra Coat finishes..
The roof had not been restored in over 12 years. The surface had developed visible wear and deterioration across multiple sections, and the existing coating was a faded combination of aged finishes from different maintenance periods. The roof showed weather staining from long-term exposure, and there was significant chalking on the surface, indicating the protective coating had broken down completely.
The homeowners were also preparing to list the property for sale within three months, which meant the finish quality had to be immaculate. Presentation was everything.
We began with a full roof condition report and coating consultation — working closely with the homeowners to select a durable colour system that would enhance street appeal and protect the surface long-term. The roof palette was Ultra Coat Monument with complementary trims for a clean, modern finish.
All repairs and surface preparation were completed before a single drop of coating was applied. We used Ultra Coat roof restoration coatings for maximum UV protection and long-term weather resistance, ensuring a durable, high-performance finish suited to residential roof surfaces.
No shortcuts. Every item on this list was completed to our full quality standard before we handed the roof restoration project back to the client.
"We honestly didn't think the roof could look this good. The team was so thorough with the preparation work — you could see the difference from day one. Our real estate agent said it was the best-presented home they'd listed that quarter."
